\u2022 Amb la implantaci\u00f3 del Mercat, l\u2019Ajuntament continua refor\u00e7ant la reactivaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica de Gav\u00e0 i promovent el valor el consum de proximitat i de temporada<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s de la prova pilot organitzada durant tres dissabtes del passat juliol, el Mercat de Pag\u00e8s inicia una nova etapa a la Pla\u00e7a Major, amb l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 els dissabtes de l\u2019espai de venda directa de producte de proximitat de 9 a 14\u202fh, mantenint el Mercat de dimarts a Torre Lluch, que ja \u00e9s una activitat arrelada a la ciutat.

El Mercat de Pag\u00e8s, que fou promogut l\u2019any 2015 conjuntament per l\u2019Agropecu\u00e0ria de Gav\u00e0, Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat i l\u2019Ajuntament de Gav\u00e0, agafa un nou impuls, incidint en la necessitat de mostrar la cadena de valor del producte local, ressaltar la import\u00e0ncia del petit productor artesanal, del manteniment de la tradici\u00f3 i de les t\u00e8cniques respectuoses amb el medi ambient<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Activitats paral\u00b7<\/strong><\/span>leles<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La gastronomia tindr\u00e0 moltes coses a dir al nou espai, a trav\u00e9s de diferents ShowCookings o activitats: la restauraci\u00f3 \u00e9s el millor altaveu per implicar al tercer agent del cercle virtu\u00f3s del consum responsable i sostenible, el consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n
