El Mercat de Pag\u00e8s<\/strong> \u00e9s l’espai destinat a la venda directa de productes agraris de Gav\u00e0 i del Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat<\/strong>. <\/span>A m\u00e9s del Mercat de Pag\u00e8s de cada dimarts<\/strong> al parc de la Torre Lluch, de 9 a 14h<\/strong>, des de setembre de 2021, el Mercat\u00a0 s\u2019organitza tots els dissabtes al mat\u00ed a la Pla\u00e7a Major de 9 a 14 h<\/strong>, davant del Mercat del Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019objectiu de l’Ajuntament de Gav\u00e0 \u00e9s que el Mercat de Pag\u00e8s<\/strong> de Gav\u00e0 \u00e9s que sigui una refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong> tant a la ciutat com a l\u2019\u00c0rea Metropolitana, pel que fa al consum responsable, les cadenes curtes de distribuci\u00f3 i l’alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible<\/strong>, amb el protagonisme dels productes de temporada<\/strong>, venuts pels productors del territori, i obtinguts amb processos tradicionals, respectant el medi ambient i de les condicions de treball, i amb un preu just per qui els compra i per qui els produeix.

Un Mercat viu amb activitats<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

El Mercat de Pag\u00e8s de Gav\u00e0 de dissabte \u00e9s un espai per a la ciutadania<\/strong>. La voluntat de l’Ajuntament, amb aquest projecte, \u00e9s mostrar la cadena de valor del producte local<\/strong>, ressaltar la import\u00e0ncia del petit productor artesanal,<\/strong> del manteniment de la tradici\u00f3<\/strong> i de les t\u00e8cniques respectuoses amb<\/strong> el medi ambient<\/strong>, unit amb la gastronomia<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de diferents ShowCookings o activitats: la restauraci\u00f3 \u00e9s millor altaveu<\/strong> per implicar al tercer agent d\u2019un cercle virtu\u00f3s sostenible, el consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Amb les diferents accions que es desenvoluparan en el marc del Mercat de Pag\u00e8s, l’Ajuntament vol promoure l’economia local i contribuir a la salvaguarda de la biodiversitat.<\/strong>

  • Escur\u00e7ar la dist\u00e0ncia i la cadena de distribuci\u00f3 entre la terra i la taula<\/strong>, oferint a ciutadans i a productors un lloc de trobada i d’intercanvi on posar en pr\u00e0ctica un concepte-clau de moviments de refer\u00e8ncia internacionals com Slow Food.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Promoure l’alimentaci\u00f3 i la gastronomia tradicional<\/strong> com a fets indissociables de la identitat, la cultura local i el respecte de l’entorn.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recolzar aquella economia circular, local i de petita escala<\/strong> que t\u00e9 com a objectiu prioritzar qualitat i biodiversitat del producte, dignificaci\u00f3 del treball i minimitzaci\u00f3 dels impactes ambientals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contribuir a una bona educaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong> basada en productes sostenibles i prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la import\u00e0ncia d’una alimentaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria sana per a la nostra salut.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fomentar un espai de venda directa<\/strong> d’aquells productes excel\u00b7lents que no tenen cabuda a les cadenes convencionals de venda i distribuci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Dinamitzar un espai de la ciutat i al mateix temps dotar la comunitat d’un lloc de trobada i educaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • La necessitat de donar resposta a una reivindicaci\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica del Mercat del Centre<\/strong> i generar complementarietat entre els diversos models comercials existents a la ciutat, comer\u00e7os, mercat i productors agraris. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
